We ordered food from “Meltdown” the ghost kitchen inside of this Denny’s. We ordered two sandwich meals that come with fries and a drink, side sauces, and a dessert.
We only received one meal, which was soggy and had very dark wet lettuce on it, no sauces, but for some reason both drinks, and the dessert which was advertised wildly different than it appeared in the box.
We got a refund from GrubHub but obviously still wanted our food so we tried to call Denny’s. You get a phone tree, but tells you to stay on the line if you’re calling about an existing order. When the recording says it is going to connect you with the restaurant it rings a couple of times and then another recording comes on and says “the person you are trying to reach is not available. Goodbye”. And then it hangs up on you.
Pretty crappy food and service.
