Bar staff and band were wonderful. We played darts then went out to the patio area. Patio waitress was garbage. They, with no prior interaction, came up to me & my autistic girlfriend and ask if she, yep just her, was ok. When she replied in the affirmative, the waitress said she wasn’t sure if my girlfriend was just nervous or “uhh.” She came up a 2nd time while we were still on our 1st drinks of the night & asked again how we were, not used to the Applebees treatment at a pub but sure, we both ordered second drinks. Upon return, the patio waitress informed my gf she, again just her, was cut off. I asked for the check & we didn’t drink our 2nd drinks and just left after paying the check. We were there less than 45 mins. Honestly the strangest interaction I’ve had in a bar.

I hate to leave bad reviews, I mostly write reviews to support small businesses that I love through experiences I have with them. And it really doesn't seem to be the establishment itself but possibly a singular employee (the band was lovely and darts were fun). We went there and ordered one drink, and all was well, it was the first drink of my night. But later, a different server approached us and immediately questioned me based on my social anxiety. I am neurodivergent, and have a hard time with anxiety around new people, and may not make eye contact in a typical way. I insisted it was just anxiety, thinking maybe they thought I was in distress and had good intentions. But when our drinks came back, I was told that they decided they "no longer felt comfortable" serving me alcohol. Honestly, I'm just baffled. I'm 33, I showed ID, I was one beer down, nothing crazy. I was absolutely mortified, nothing like this has ever happened to me. We will not be returning.

The Fish and Chips ( English pub standard) were big fried pieces of batter. seriously had to break apart to see "if" there were any cod used. Very disappointing since we opted to try this place instead of our old favorite. service was friendly and a available.0 reminded me of an English Pub except old black and white photos adorning the walls. A Pint afterwork on a weekday on the way home, I can see it, but If you want good English pub food, you and they could do better.

I’ve lived in the neighborhood for years and I’m embarrassed to say I’ve never been in this place before. Sorta looks closed from the outside. It was very good burgers and chips. Very cozy, and super friendly —-will definitely go back.
