NYE 2025. Wasn’t expecting my night to be ruined. Bartender was scrolling through tinder instead of serving people drinks. I politely asked her after a couple minutes if I could place an order (mind it was New Year’s Eve and there was a big line) When I asked for a drink, and tipped 20% she scoffed and made a rude remark that “how is anyone supposed to live on a 20% tip” after pouring my beer half full of foam. The place looks like it could be nice without the crude, condescending, bar tenders. It was dirty. Never again.

Went to the bar and the bartender immediately yelled at us. She spoke some other language, apparently she said “show me your id’s”, couldn’t understand her, then tried to berate us for not showing our id’s as soon as we walked in. I went straight to the bar and waited to get served to enjoy a pint and play ping pong, she kept berating us so we left. We may try again in the future and hope for a different bartender, but that was ridiculous.

I went in to meet up with some friends and I had my utah drivers license seized, I came back with my passport and they still wouldn’t give me my license back. Why would I have a real passport but a fake driver license twin. ts pmo 🥀🥀🥀

The bartender was not very nice she had shortish brown hair mid weight and a lot of bad vibes :( Super bummed because my homies recommended this bar I hope they hire better staff in their future. They literally say they don’t care about their yelp review but I think good staff is sick especially when it comes to Portland idk.

Went out for my friends birthday. We are all 21-23. Went up to the bar and got ignored for 10 mins. I’m not exaggerating. The male bartender with dark long hair was bartending. He checked my ID and bent it a lot. Ok, fine. Checked my friends ID and immediately said it was fake. Ok, it’s him when he’s 16, fair. My friend said it wasnt fake, and instead of asking him about the information on the card, or even just asking us to leave cordially, he started yelling at us and then everyone else in the bar started too. He passed his ID to someone random in the bar and she joined in saying how fake it was and then everyone promptly started yelling at us about our clothing and to get out. We immediately called the police who did not show up, so we were outside from 10:30-1am waiting for them. My friend finally went inside and asked them for it back and told them he called the cops and had been waiting for around 2 hours. He apologized and gave it back. Incredibly unprofessional and left my friends birthday in a terrible mess. Don’t go here.

I love this place. I don't drink alcohol but they have tasty mocktails, a pool table, pinball, ping pong, good atmosphere, comfy intimate retro style seating, and open mic on Tuesdays.
