I had the bulgogi beef set and also tried a slice of all three of the pancake things and they were great! I also tried soju for the first time and liked it. 5 stars!

Most of the food was very bland and over priced since you have to pay extra for adding proten to every dish. There was no service outside of ordering when you first arrive, but I did not mind this. The area where you place your dishes after eating was full which resulted in some parties leaving their trays and dishes at their table. For a place with limited seating, that should be addressed sooner than later.

Visiting from California and wanted a healthy food option. This place had the freshest ingredients and tasted amazing. I had the tofu stew and added seafood. It was fantastic. I had some dietary restrictions and the owner accommodated me with a salad that was great. Highly recommend. They also throw in some traditional Korean sides as well. Well worth the price and more.

The spicy soup and microgreen salads get me wanting more everytime. The flavors and freshness were out of this world. Please come and check them out.

Pretty expensive, mediocre food, all of the areas that they used to grow the micro greens are abandoned and filthy looking

You walk in, order, and self service your own water. Probably the best Korean food I had in Portland. Panjeon was so delicious, good combination with bimbimbap. Will definitely come back. Give them a try 😆

Went with a friend, the atmosphere was good to hangout and not feel bad for sticking around to talk/play games. I was underwhelmed with the flavor of the kimchi jjigae and their kimchi, not a strong flavor for kimchi (lacked vinegar and spice taste). The kimchi soup came with plenty of stuff, not a lot of broth. My friend liked the soondubu (lots of broth) and thought it had a good spice level and seafood flavor. I liked it better but also thought the flavor was lacking. The pancake was good.

Restaurantji Recommends
We were so glad we made the stop to this wonderful restaurant! Service was excellent, they were growing microgreens around the restaurant and there is validated parking in the civic garage on the same block!
Now on to the food! It was delicious! And I we gazed around the restaurant, the sentiment was shared by all enjoying their meals. Highly recommend!!

Food came out fast. Beef bulgogi was absolutely phenomenal. Will absolutely be back to this place the next time we're in Portland
Two of the best meals I’ve had in the city have come from here so far. The bibimbap is nice and fresh, and the bulgogi beef is hearty, beautifully seasoned and perfectly tender. The service and staff are top tier, it’s nice to come in and be remembered. Beautiful location too with large glass windows that let sunlight in across the restaurant. Indoor and outdoor seating options. Can’t wait to come back!
