The pastries are solid, but I wish they had a bigger selection. Still I find myself here many weekend mornings.

Limited menu outside of bakery items, however the chicken Waldorf croissant was quite delicious. Limited seating as well.

I’ve been here twice now and have tried a mixture of their pastries and each one has been really good.

Wow sparrow bakery is amazing. All the bakers and all the selection is just so decadent and the coffee is great. I ordered a chocolatine and the flaky dough was just like when I was in Paris many years ago. So worth the visit just charming and so very local

Ocean roll was unbelievably good. I could eat that every single day! And my croissant sandwich was wonderful too! Staff were very friendly and food was amazing. Wish I lived closer so I could go here more often.

Finally got a chance to visit the PDX Sparrow Bakery. Very good experience. The ocean roll as always was amazing. It's the perfect level of sweet and spice. Sadly the PDX location doesn't have the Monte Cristo.

Edit: I love the food, and the staff is always very kind. But... $16 for a breakfast sandwich? Have you all lost your minds?

Sparrow Bakery supports the local cause of the St. John Food Share by donating their pastries rather than tossing them! My fav is the ham and cheese croissant-- to die for! The Beet Blueberry muffin is also a crowd pleaser. Ocean Rolls are the most popular.

Can you explain the reasoning behind a successful location NOT having air conditioning?

It is borderline torture temperature in there. Your employees should riot. (I know you're only open half days but it is still cruel to have them working in such awful heat!)
