Despite serving Tindle chicken (not my fav...), The Wagon is one of the best food carts in town. Their burgers are amazing and they have solid breakfast options and sides as well.
For me, the location makes it difficult to be a regular but it's definitely worth going out of the way to visit.

This place has the best vegan burger I have ever had. Absolutely the best comfort vegan food comes out of this truck and you will NOT be disappointed. The owners are super passionate about what they do and it absolutely shines through in their food. It's an awesome food park and also offers an indoor space for dining that has really cute shops from local artists as well. Definitely check it out if you're in the area.

EDIT: I am lowering my review to 3 stars as any time I've craved this food cart, it is closed. I've wanted The Wagon throughout the summer and their hours are just abysmal. The food is still excellent, but that doesn't help with the rarity that it's open.
The richest of all vegan spots I've tried in PDX. The food is large and in charge American classics that outdo almost every burger I've had in town.
To me it is a bit overpriced but can be worth it given the sheer amount of food they give you.

i got the v-ganimal loaded fries to start and they were amazing!!! the fries are nice and crispy and the sauce is also amazing. always looking for a good vegan sauce / loaded fry and this is going to become my new go to. great seating and location.

There were 3 separate long hairs in my breakfast sandwich. The sandwich left me wanting to eat something else as quickly as possible to get the taste out of my mouth. It took 30 minutes to make 3 sandwiches, presumably because they had to take the time to hide the hairs within each one. Hopefully others have a better experience.

Incredible vegan food and the woman behind the register was so, so sweet. I’d come back for the conversation alone. :) I had the hot chicken sandwich + the cheese fries and it was even better than it looked, which was already 10/10. Definitely will be back!

We love this place, the breakfast, or burgers, or loaded fries.... even the truck-o-bell. I can't believe I never left a review. It's the kind of place we over order at Everytime because we love it all.
I love the loaded chees fries, every part of them, the cheese, the bacon, the sidewinder fires and the ranch.
They can get busy at times but it was worth the wait. Plus the people are always so kind and friendly.

Great people running the cart and phenomenal food!!! We absolutely love coming here! Wish we could make it more often. Several other carts in the pod and an indoor seating area. Seems to always be good parking on the backside.
Wheelchair accessibility: You would need to park on the road in front of the pod to have easy wheelchair access. There are a few steps coming in the back way.
We loved all the burgers we tried here! The animal-style burger and animal-style fries are amazing!
