Widmer Hefe is the only beer I’ve had in my refrigerator for the last 15+ years. However recently ... the last 3-5 months .... I’ve been getting as many as 6 bottles of “sour beer” dated August in the cases I’ve purchased at Costco. I actually took that case back about 3 months ago for a refund. I’ve continued to have 2-4 bottles per case dated August that I’ve poured out !!! Anybody else have that issue ? What’s up Widmer ??
My wife and I made our trip to Portland and this from what we were told was a must. It's a classic. An original. A pioneer in the craft world. Anyone who's a fan of craft beer knows the infamous Hefe. We had lunch in the bistro cafe and it was really good. We ordered a steak plate and fries.The servers were super friendly and helpful.
