Two stars because honestly, the bathrooms are a disgrace.
I come here regularly and they’re just getting worse. The toilet in the first bathroom has been falling apart for years, and feels like it’s going to fall over when you sit down. now only that one and one more flush and the toilet paper dispensers are on the floor and on the toilets.

I have asked every single business in the building why the bathrooms are always a wreck. Apparently, it’s out of their hands and they pay dues to the owner to maintain the building and its bathrooms. Why isn’t it getting done? Please fix the bathroom situation, it makes me not want to come back and I love the Zipper and all of its little restaurants.

Four or five great food options in a food pavilion kind of setup. Very casual and grunge vibe with some outdoor seating. Fully stocked bar with some good beers on tap. Love this place. Will definitely come back when I'm in town.

Great atmosphere. Good food choices. Parking can be tricky so you might have to park a few blocks away. Lots of open space and tables.

The Zipper is one of my favorite places in town. Beautiful. The new construction nearby is gorgeous. Great sunset spot with a nice selection of food options.

Come for the drinks at Paydirt, stay for the food, and the have more drinks at Paydirt.

Every few months , my partner and I go to Paydirt for an old fashioned roulette (or two), and while there, enjoy one of the amazing food options that are there. Rain or shine, it is a great place to visit for food and drinks.

amazing bar with good beer, selection and amazing cocktails, especially if you like whiskey and an old-fashioned. Lots of really solid food spots. My favorite chicken sandwich, great vermicelli bowls and bahn mi sandwiches. The tacos and burritos are great too.

Something for everyone - drinks, food - veg or meat. Hang in the bar, outside, or the common food court-like space. Kids and dogs have a place, too!

The facility is wheelchair accessible, but the tables are not. I guess bring your own if you use a wheelchair.
