Immediately became on of my favorite foods. They make a perfect fried chicken sandwich. I would it to recommend to anyone for real.

Tried this cart for the first time last week and I gotta say this is definitely the best chicken sandwich I've found in Portland. I use to really love basalisk and how big and crunchy their sandwich was but ThiccBoi just does it so much better beyond them. Their chicken is juicy! It's packed full of so much flavor and just to top it off the service was quick and friendly! I'm 100% going to be back here, I'll be bringing my camera so I can do some justice with my photos. (I almost forgot to take pictures cause it was so good.) Keep on putting out that good food!

This food is phenomenal. Like unreal. For all my gluten-intolerant and dairy-free meat eaters, this is your spot. These dudes serve the literal best fried chicken sandwich and NO ONE I've gone with believes it's gluten-free (incl regular a** gluten eaters). I get Buffalo sauce every time and ABSOLUTELY SLATHER it in vegan ranch because my d*** stomach can't handle dairy. IT IS SO GOOD! The ranch is unbelievably creamy! Again, one is left asking, "How can this be?!" This chicken is so crunchy, fried to perfection, and yet so juicy, that I was flooded with so many endorphins I literally re-proposed to my husband and immediately be pregnant while eating it. We are now married, again, and have 17 children. Who knew?! THANK YOU, THICCBOI!!!!!!

Yaaaaaas ThiccBoi! Gluten free fried chicken is rare, so I was excited about it right off the bat. I went in with high expectations and they hit it out of the park. We had the chicken sandwich with hot honey sauce, and it was perfect. Chicken was so crispy and flavorful. We also got fried cauliflower with orange curry sauce, and that was perfect as well. You can customize the spice level on everything. I went mild on everything and it still had a little kick, but not too much. This is my new fav food truck!

Every once in a while there is a food that you have and then you think about it afterwards. This is probably the best fried chicken sandwich or any sandwich for that matter I have ever had. I order the sandwich and the guy asks me what flavor. I wasn't ready for that choice so I asked "what's good?" If I may digress to a little pet peeve of mine (which I'm fairly certain is a pet peeve on the other end) if I ask what is good, it is because I have never been before, so I want you to put your best foot forward and I will allow you to choose which foot. Nothing infuriates me more than when I ask this and I get an eye roll or a "oh everything is good" He asked me if I liked spicy. I said a little bit and he recommended the bbq. So bbq it was. I really appreciate the recommendation. It soothes me. So you know how unless you're a kardashian, breasts aren't round. They have a fat side and a skinny side. Normally when you eat a chicken sandwich you get the good fat side and then settle for the skinny side later. So this sandwich on the skinny side is this crispy sort of pile of skin in the most delicious breading. As a result the sandwich has a uniform depth. To round it out the slaw is awesome. I love the pop of herbs in it and it's not just a bunch of stupid cabbage to fill a sandwich with empty vitamins. The bbq was just as advertised. Sweet and smoky but just a nice undertone of warm spice that lingered on the lips. This is not date food. It's not pretty. They give you wet naps for a reason. You'll need them. Probably a good thing I live way on the other side of town. I'd be here way too often. Can't wait to come again.

Tried this for my first time. Bomb.com. The guys were super chill. If you’re all about the dip like me, I might ask for two sides of it for a large order of wings.

Great fried chicken at a really competitive price, I come here as often as I can! AND their stuff is dairy free!

I love the food but most important is the people! The owners are very, very nice!

I stopped by the cart pod the other day, and decided to give this place a try. They specialize in chicken sandwiches, which I was excited about. I had a chicken sandwich, which they serve with your choice of a sauce. I also got a cucumber salad on the side, which had a sharp flavor, but honestly was a bit overpowering. All in all, it was a fun lunch. The chicken quality was high. It was messy. I would skip the cucumber salad -- it just wasn't worth splurging for.

I haven't even finished my sandwich and I feel compelled to write this... this is as good as I hoped! The chicken is perfectly cooked and juicy, the bun is super soft, the hot honey sauce is incredible! Also, the breading doesn't cut the roof of your mouth like Basilisk's chicken does. They didn't have rice today but I'm so excited to try a bowl next time. The only "bad" thing I can say about ThiccBoi is if you want heat, its not here. Their "Hot" is more like medium-plus.

This is the best chicken sandwich in this city. I was so glad to pick the flavor and the Buffalo was perfect. I also got wings that were really good, they gave me an extra!! This place is top notch.

The BEST chicken sandwich I’ve ever had, hands down. I got the Buffalo, my partner got the orange curry, they were both ??????. ThiccBoi is already super popular and we waited a bit for the sandwiches...100% worth it!
