Incredibly fresh oysters. My wife wanted bottomless oysters for her birthday and we lucked out, it was Oyster Sunday with 20% off. The employees/owners are always so sweet, and on the 5th dozen, they gave my wife two birthday oysters with salmon roe, chilli and some herbs and it was the best pairing we have ever tasted anywhere. Incredible experience, thanks y'all!

All my co-workers and I love this place. We come here for lunch almost weekly and the food is consistently excellent. The ceviche is everyone’s favorite, but everything I’ve tried here is great. Pricing is fair given the ingredients and living wage for employees.

I ordered fried oysters and the ceviche. Although the food was good and the oysters were freshly prepared, the batter for the oysters has this weird almost unedible(because it's so hard) extra large cornmeal? In it.. Not sure what it is but it is very hard... they have no drinks. they also charge an additional 15% each order that I was unaware of until I asked...

Has anyone ever had a bad time at The Shuck Truck? Their food is great. Their people are great. Their mission is great. Treat yourself to a nice bowl of poke or ceviche or clam chowder (when it gets colder) or oysters or fish and chips as soon as you can!

Fantastic! Be sure to check their website for the most up to date hours rather than depending on Google. Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly folks with a great menu with lots of local sourcing. The oysters on the half shell were perfectly presented - definitely some professionals shucking here! Mignonette is well balanced and a great pairing to the oysters. Pricing is fair for quality of locally sourced goods. Fish and Chips were delicious - great light breading and large pieces of tasty lingcod. The tartar sauce was delicious as was the kimchi! We will be back and are so pumped for their expanded hours!

Parking: Parking gets tight on weekends and street parking is limited.

The Sunday specials were nice: $2 oysters & $3 fancied-up oysters (Tidal board). I was impressed with the quality.

I just had the best cod fish and chips of my life. No joke. By far the most tender juicy fish I’ve ever had. Also level is great for the kids to run around and blow off steam!

Above and beyond! Not only are the oysters perfect and the poke fresh, but the staff is phenomenal! They changed their Wednesday hours, but accommodated my daughter and I without a second thought. Plan on seeing us weekly! Thank you!

Perfect oysters, chowder, and fish and chips for lunch! Some of the best around. Plus, beer from Level and great enclosed/heated seating space on a windy day.

Try the grilled oysters; we’re usually partial to classic on the half shell and both preparation were delicious.

Literally the best seafood I've ever tasted. I usually don't really care for oysters, but I tried their fried oysters and they were soooo delicious! I would totally recommend this to anyone who enjoys seafood.

I trusted some of the reviews here and I am glad I did. Surprisingly very fresh and clean tasting food from a food truck and located at a cute little brewery with plenty of outdoor and indoor seats.

Highly recommend coming here for a refreshing bite to eat!
