$15 for a burrito is criminal

That was a depressing burrito. $15 for a burrito that is 55% rice, 40% beans, and $5 meat. Almost no sauce/seasoning.

I don't usually leave bad reviews but honestly, the Asada burrito I ordered was terrible. The size was huge but the meat was of very low quality, below average, and overall tasteless. I could not finish it and neither could my husband

Fast, delicious, PDX classic. Never disappoints. Quick service and their nachos are a favorite

I must say I am a huge Burrito fan. And I love eating burrito's. But I have yet to come to a place that matches or does better then Tight Tacos. The Hellarito Burrito is SO FREAKING GOOD! Cannot say it enough this place know what they are doing. Food was DELICIOUS!

i was eating at the zipper and ordered the carnitas bowl and a side of chips - everything was served at just barely above room temperature so i asked them to heat it up and they said they didn't have any way to heat it up (?). chips also cold and a little stale. cut the roof of my mouth a little. they did give me 4 hot sauces which was nice, but cold and indifferent seems to be the vibe.

Delicious food, and the worst service imaginable. I ordered an asada burrito and chips+guac. Andy, the active manager on duty at the moment, served my burrito alongside my fiance's burrito. She went to grab them, and then asked for the chips and guac I ordered. Andy, the active manager on duty, told her that he already gave us the food we ordered. She said that no, he hadn't given us the chips and guac. He argued, again saying that he already served it to us. I got up and walked over and told him that had not gotten the guac. He again argued. At this point, obviously irritated, I asked him to come out and check our table to confirm we had not received the chips and guac. His response, instead of admitting his failure and blatantly rude behavior, was to tell me he could not provide the service I was requesting. Utterly confused and irritated, I challenged him asking why he could not give me the food I ordered. He told me he would just have to refund me. I dont know if he refunded me for the whole order, or just the chips and guac he refused to give me because he did not provide any receipt or confirmation. I wanted to eat guac with my burrito, so my meal was not provided as ordered. To the owner, your employee is refusing to serve the food your customers are ordering. I was not hostile. I used no foul language. I had an irritated tone because when I asked for the food I ordered, his response was to tell me I already got it... which was false. Just terrible. Zero accountability. Im never coming back.

The food at the Sandy location is usually pretty good but they need to do better about keeping to their posted hours.

I've had better tacos. Not bad but not worth 4.50 a piece.

Waiting to up an order. Person said he would need 5 minutes and would call out the name. I ended up waiting 15 minutes before finally asking for an update. Found out it had been ready all along and they hadn’t called it out. I was literally standing right in front of the counter too.

Disappointing customer service.

Good place. Portions are decent. Burritos are tasty, not too salty. The tacos are very delicious with carne asada.

I asked for no beans and got beans and then asked for extra chips and got told they are garnish. Tell me chips are $2 or something. I don't care. The guy at the counter acts like he has another job he'd rather be at. It's 92 degrees and they spent money on decor, not an ac unit.

Bland. I got a grilled veggies hellarito with added black beans, elote, and a horchata. The burrito was enormous but lacked any real flavor. There was a bit of flavor from the nacho cheese sauce, seasoned fries, and a slight grilled taste from the veggies but overall there was just nothing going on. The horchata also lacked much flavor though I appreciated it was laden with sugar or have that slightly thick and slimy feel you get from some horchata. The esquites (elote) was super disappointing. I think they use canned corn (it lacked that crunch that fresh corn has) and it was topped with 2-3 times more mayonnaise and cotija than was necessary and the mayo mix was very acidic which overwhelmed everything else. So I’m still on the lookout for a decent taqueria-style burrito near home.

Overpriced, Garbage quality food. Worse than fast food chains.
