Bland and slimy boba. Got the strawberry matcha, and I was not super impressed. The place itself was nice. The person taking my order was a bit condescending. If you don't like your drink with ice, this is not the place for you. They brew their teas hot so ice is a bit of a must.

We’ve gone to Tiki Tea a few times over the years. One of our earliest visits featured a mango smoothie the kids went crazy for, and decent milk tea. Then on three occasions we tried going with a car full of excited kids only to find it closed during posted hours, which was a bummer. Then just this week on an unrelated trip to Alberta we noticed Tiki Tea was open and stopped in. Mango smoothies were out. The taro drink was tasteless paste. The boba in the pina colada smoothie were really chewy and unpleasant. And bathroom was locked. When I asked whether the barista could open it I just got “sorry no I can’t” with no explanation. Next time I’ll try somewhere new.

They were nice, we got a Mango smoothie with Boba, it had no Mango flavor to it and was weirdly chalky. Won’t be going back, cool vibe though.

The drinks we got were so good!!! We had the brown sugar ube and the brown sugar matcha bubble milk tea. You can tell the drinks are made with high quality ingredients and the service we received was great. Not to mention they also have milk alternatives :) Highly recommended this place!

Really love this place, particularly really enjoy their matcha milk tea. Unfortunately I’ve found they have inconsistent hours. Three times I’ve gone during their stated business hours but the shop was closed. Today the sign still showed open but the door was locked with no “away” note or message. Really disappointing, which is why I have 4 instead of 5 stars.

I appreciate that they use real tea rather than powders/artificial flavoring, but their jasmine tea is always extremely over-steeped and bitter. I won't be going back.
