Lots of variety. From chicken nuggets and fries to Asian foods, including sushi. A yummy little oval shaped bread with the hot foods that tasted like a glazed donut.
The place was packed, but there were 4 different buffet bars and no real lines. Hot foods kept coming from the back.

The food is amazing. Tin Tin buffet is my post-gym meal and I've left full and happy every time. My favorite is a heaping plate of their calamari, then I go back for sushi, egg drop soup, and lo me in topped with their delicious spicy chicken and I add some veggies from their assortment of other dishes. Great ice cream and little cakes for dessert.
