This place is no longer open. Had to circle the building a few times before I realized the spot it is supposed to be is vacant.

Cute lil place for cocktails and snacks with your friends interesting flavors and old school snacks. B Corp and doing good in the world.

Tini’s is a fun and vibrant spot for a fun group hangout or a place to start or end a date night. Walking in you can immediately tell that they took time to appear modern and inviting, they have a wall of games to play, with Bobs Burger playing in the background to watch. The servers are all friendly and very good at explaining their drinks and the process.I consider this place more of an experience rather than a typical bar, for $16 you can order a flight of 3 mini martinis, all made with their flagship vodka and all unique and delicious. For an additional $8 you can have the flight and a bottle of Vodka. I had a fruit loop, peanut butter and jelly, and coffee flavored martini and each one tasted EXACTLY like what they were labeled as. You get to take home coasters for each with the name and Ingredients of the drinks you ordered. I urge you try out this place!

The cocktails are all DREGS vodka based, mostly all sweet in flavour but honestly some of the yummiest cocktails I’ve had with unique recipes. Super adorable too! Although keeping in mind it’s a ‘mini’ cocktail so not really a full shots worth. More a tasting experience then a let’s get drunk experience.The staff were very friendly too ?

Got a free sample flight from Dreg's Vodka at a local event and stopped by to try everything.Drinks were super fun and unique, staff was nice and friendly, and the atmosphere was pretty chill. Very quiet and not too busy - but that could've been due to the time we stopped by.Since this is more of a tasting room, I'd recommend it if you wanted to stop by and get some recipe inspiration or snag a bottle of Dregs vodka. Then, enjoy everything else the vibrant NW 23rd area has to offer.

I was visiting Portland with a big group of friends. Two of the group found Tini's on a Sunday afternoon and texted the rest of us where they were. Over the next hour, about 3/4 of our group ended up there, taking advantage of the cocktail flights of three of their unique drinks. All the cocktails feature Dregs Vodka and many include mixers and liqueurs made in Portland. Our bartender was amazing, offering suggestions when we asked for recommendations, and handling the ever-growing crowd with aplomb as we stayed until closing time. Everyone had good things to say about their selections. My favorites include the Toucan Sam's, with Froot Loops simple syrup, and Pump Up the Jam, which included Hawaiian Punch, a touch of grape jelly, and a Nutter Butter cookie as garnish. If I ever get the chance to return to the Portland area, I will definitely seek this bar out again.

Such a cute spot! All the cocktails are mini and there are lots of fun flavors. My favorite was the Focus Pocus. Quick, friendly bartenders. I recommend going during happy hour which is before 6:00pm.

Anyone remember Barbie Fashion Designer? Where you could print out designs you’d made at home while running your parent’s jet printer out of every color but maroon (cyan is a joke too often made). Well, Tini bar is like walking into that windows 98 game and I never want to leave.With tiny cocktails and comfortable seats it looks like a dollhouse for millennials more than a bar and yes please, thank you - I’m never leaving.I had the front loop tini and my life is changed… why have I been drinking cereal with milk all these years?! Whether you’re looking for a hangout spot with friends (they have tiny flights for $16) or popping in for a quick tiny cocktail on the way home… well done Dreggs vodka. I’m a better person drinking you.

Cute inside vibe, they have games and a movie/tv projector which kept it casual and fun. Server was sweet and attentive. The mini cocktails are beautiful and delicious and a good size. They also have a happy hour which is always a plus. 3 mini cocktails for $13, love!
