Great food. Absolutely great. I just wish they'd follow their hours or at least post why they aren't open when they're supposed to be.

Tito's Burritos #1 is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Portland and it is the GO-TO spot for a breakfast burrito.

I have been here multiple times, trying out their plates, burritos and tacos. Everything I have gotten here has tasted amazing. Their breakfast burritos would be the star of the show when it comes to this food cart; not only are there multiple options, but the veggies they include within the burritos are such an amazing addition that is often left out of other breakfast burritos.

Their tacos are sold for a great price of $3 and is my favorite order to get when I want a smaller lunch/dinner. I highly recommend a stop here, you will not be disappointed!

Comparable if not better than tacos in Austin. Good portions, good flavor, good price

Go there and order the chorizo breakfast burrito. Trust me. It's freaking HUGE. They put TONS of chorizo and queso in it. The balance between the ingredients is spot on; they don't load it with cheap potatoes to make it look big. It has chorizo, hashbrowns, queso cheese, multiple kinds of sautéed diced bell peppers, sautéed diced onions, scrambled eggs all in a huge toasted flaky tortilla. Probably the best breakfast burrito I've ever had. It's HUGE, tasty and only $11. Go there!

Me and my partner are from the DFW area in Texas. All I can say is that everywhere has been "okay" except this place. Legit the best tacos we've had in Portland so far, especially the carnitas. Now we have to come here at least once a week.

Good tacos, meat is well seasoned and has a lot of flavor. I prefer my shell to be fried a little but that’s just personal preference. Will be eating here again. Prices are very reasonably too.

I’ve been coming here every time I work for my lunch break. It’s the most delicious tacos I’ve had yet in Portland and good bang for your buck too. The lady that is running the cart is always so nice too ❤️❤️

Couldn’t decide what to get so I let the employee choose. She chose a carne asada burrito with pinto beans. The burrito was as big as my face and very tasty. A little salty, but I liked that. Highly recommend.

A friend told me about this place on a construction job. Made the trip over and found a badass food court with this nice standout place there. Was told about their great Chilli rellenos and loved them with some also great fresh chips and horchata. Soooo going back
