Wow. Was in Portland and hungry. Found this place on Google and headed over. Ordered the chicken burrito. Asked if I should add a taco as I was hungry hungry. He kindly suggested I’ll be fine without it. Just finished the burrito and I’m stuffed. It was fantastic. Best burrito I’ve had in a long time. I’ll be back

Good tasting burrito. Got a regular chicken burrito and it was hot, tasty, and made fast. The guy running the cart was taking orders, cooking, smiling, making it happen. Salsas were all good, none were super hot. It was just over a mile round trip, on foot from my office, and it was worth the walk.
As I moved from LA to Portland I was looking for a taco shop and I found a place :) I am happy with the service and the quality of the food that is Tito’s taco’s in the park blocks on burnside. Best tacos!!! Get Tito’s tacos

You can't go wrong with anything at Tito's. Got the taco plate with carnitas, chicken, and pastor and every one was flavorful and delicious. Came with rice and beans and both were well seasoned and tasty. can't wait to go back and try more, but if their tacos are this good, everything else should be fire. Also, the owner is a delight, one of the nicest people ever.
