The food is incredible! Super fresh, well executed, absolutely delicious. I got the salmon avocado teriyaki and my mother and grandmother both got the vegan bowl. Everyone was extremely pleased

To me this is the most healthy normal menu in the neighborhood! Very yummy combinations that seem too simple to taste that good. Large portions, always fresh and the food cart area has a fire!

Tobiko Bowl is a hidden gem! I tried both the Chicken Spicy Trick and the Salmon Spicy Trick, and they blew me away. The chicken was tender, juicy, and had the perfect level of heat — just enough to make it exciting without overpowering the flavor. The sauce had a delicious kick and paired beautifully with the rice and veggies.
The Salmon Spicy Trick was equally amazing — super fresh salmon with a spicy glaze that made every bite melt in your mouth. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. The bowls are well-balanced, satisfying, and beautifully presented. The staff was friendly and quick, and the whole vibe of the food cart is chill and welcoming.
Definitely one of my new favorite spots for a flavorful, healthy meal. Highly recommend both bowls!

Incredible food! Like others have mentioned, I could probably eat the spicy salmon entree every day. Presentation is beautiful, portions feel like plenty, and the flavors are simple but mouthwatering. 10/10 would recommend. I ordered to-go and walked it home. Even had some complimentary hot tea while I waited!

We came here last Saturday for our family lunch. It’s worth the drive. The food was delicious—it’s like eating sushi but healthier. I usually get tired and bored of eating sushi, go round or just regular sushi as it tends to be repetitive, but this was an excellent choice. They add good portions veggies to your plate, and I love veggies. The portions of meat were more than we expected. I definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to try some new fusion sushi-style food.

They put my food in a box, not a bowl. The place is called Tobiko BOWL. As soon as I started walking with it and it tilted, teriyaki sauce started filling my bag.
Tobiko bowl’s spicy salmon bowl is something I could truly eat every day and not tire of. It has a generous portion of rich salmon, rice, carrots, and broccoli all covered with an incredible spicy sauce. The sauce isn’t too hot but is deeply flavorful and addicting. I highly recommend this underrated food cart if you are a local looking for an affordable, healthier meal that really hits the spot.
