Ordered food to be delivered after a hellish week. Max called me about alternate options for items they were out of, and I missed the call. They sent amazing replacements and I’m very thankful. All of their sauces are awesome (especially the chilli oil, I’m sorry I forgot the name). Can’t wait to go sit down for a meal there. Been excited to try the food here for a while, and do not regret it. Delicious!

I couldn't have chosen a better place to have my birthday Party. The spirit of Todo is full of good vibes, joy and charm. The food is delicious and RoRo was our super waiter, he did a faboulos job and sang a birthday Hip hip song which I loveed !! Me and my group of friends had an amazing and unforgettable evening there. We went a thursday to eat first and dance Salsa and bachata later.
Worst service I have ever had in my life. First, it took over 10 minutes to order, our server was completely disorganized, forgetting their pen and parts of our order. At the end, I had to ask for the dessert menu; it was not offered, and I made an offhand comment that it was technically my boyfriend’s birthday. Our server never returned to take our dessert order. Instead, I saw them eating chips and literally walk by our table outside to smoke a cigarette. I had to get up to ask one of the other servers for our check, to which I was told, “oh, he just went for a cigarette,” as though that was some reasonable excuse. I’ve worked as a server on and off for over 10 years and I have never felt that someone deserved a bad tip until now.Food was good. Wish I wanted to return.

Wow is this place delicious, the margaritas are boozy and delicious, the salsas are divine, the meat is so unbelievably good and flavorful. We got the 8oz portion of chicken tinga with the tostadas and tortillas and we got a total of 12 tacos and tostadas out of it. Would definitely recommend this place!

For anyone who is worried about the price----check out happy hour! Going out to eat with two toddlers can be daunting but the staff here is so helpful. We had a really great dinner with 4 adults and 2 kids. The food was really delicious and worth the money!!!! Happy for vegetarian options for my mom. The birria is so yummy for meat eaters! So happy for such a great restaurant in SE!!

Just had dinner there last night for the first time. I highly recommend the Quesabirria and the Pastor de Tropmo. Best Pastor I've had in Portland so far and the birria consume was fabulous. Staff was really nice, drinks are good too.For the margaritas they do short and tall versions so you can decide how concentrated you like the alcohol taste, it's a simple but very nice touch.We are definitely going back. Plus their happy hour times are excellent.
