Was in town for a few days and came in for lunch. First time at this spot though I've been to Han Oak before. Lunch was really excellent. I went with the Ban Chan side dishes, a dol sot bowl of rice, and split the Korean fried chicken with one wing of each flavor (essence of ramen and sweet and spicy) The ban chan was quite good, especially the marinated spinach. The wings were also excellent. Beautiful crunch and flavor. One order plus the sides was enough for lunch (for me, at least). My only disappointment was the dol sot rice. It wasn't actually dol sot. There was no fried crunch on the bottom, probably because it wasn't actually cooked in this pot. Just served that way. Felt a little unnecessary. Just a side of rice will do. Service was excellent. Sat at the bar and my bartender was kind and sweet. Was lovely to be back in PDX. Will come back for lunch next time I return.

Really tasty food. Ambiance could use some work because the music was so loud, we had a hard time having dinner conversation.

Modern Korean restaurant with disappointing food and service. We came for brunch on a Friday.Despite being only one of 3 tables in the restaurant, they forgot to put in our drinks order (which they apologized for and comped) and then never picked up the check, while all the servers were chatting in the back.Food was decently flavorful and well presented (for brunch) but 2 of 3 dishes were overcooked. The omurice egg was perfectly soft but the kimchi rice below it was mushy. The scallion waffle had a great soy maple sauce but the waffle was dry and crunchy.

Toki has the most thoughtful brunch menu I’ve ever eaten. The service was casual and relaxed but impeccable, and even without a reservation my party of two was sat quickly and not rushed.

Wow, my best brunch in a long time. Great options for vegetarian and gluten free. We had salad, potato pancake, steamed egg, omelette, spinach, toast. Beautiful plating. Excellent drink selection. Perfect ambiance. Friendly service.

Came back the next day to have their dalgona coffee, everything is delicious!!Brunch and dinner menu slightly different but not by too much. 4.3/5I personally really love the omurice!! I think their sauce are good! Overall delicious, but I would say the portion is slightly on the smaller end of the scale compared to their pricing. But would I come back again?Absolutely? (their staffs are super nice too)The only reason why I wouldn’t give full 5 stars is because it’s good, but not impressive if you know what I mean lolAlso, street parking is SUPER HARD to find downtown, I would suggest come early or weekdays for easier parking

Excellent option for Korean food in Portland. Everything was well executed and flavors were balanced. Tried several small plates to get a feel for the place and walked away loving all of it!

The food is delicious. But for the price the portions are so small.

Great spot for sharing small plates and drinks! They have a really good balance of great tasting, 'normal' foods mixed with some more uncommon 'exotic' dishes. I'd recommend trying some of both. Of course get the chicken wings but take a leap and try something you've never had - guaranteed you won't be disappointed.

Food was decent, but the menu was small, portions were smaller, and nothing really jumped out at us.

Toki Restaurant caught my eye with its stylish ambiance and Asian-inspired decor—a truly appealing setting. However, I have to say, the food didn't live up to the visual promise. Despite the attractive presentation, the dishes were quite underwhelming, especially considering the price point. It's a place I'd recommend if you're in the mood for fancy cocktails and a visually appealing dining experience, but not if you're after a culinary delight. In short, come for the aesthetics and drinks, not for a memorable meal.

I’m mostly writing my experience on the food as the service and atmosphere checked all the boxes for me. For the price, the food was so disappointing. The flavor profiles were decent, decidedly fusion- but $12 for a potato pancake the size of my palm? And $16 dollars for half a single portion of DECECCO box pasta (I saw them bundling it at the counter). I think most people agree, eating out is a luxury. It may seem a little snobby to complain about prices when choosing to eat out, and; I don’t mind paying well for a good meal. I’m very fortunate. All the servings are less than full size (unless you order from the “large plates” there are only about three options) so between my boyfriend and I we ordered 5 dishes and really enjoyed only 2. This restaurant may be perfect for some, but we did not fall into the category sadly.
