I've traveled all across the world. Lived abroad in Europe. I'm not exaggerating when I say Tokyo Grill is my single favorite food in the entire world. We always get excited about getting the chance to come here whenever we come to Portland. It's simple food, but they've somehow found the perfect formula; every bite is incredible. I'd take it over a Michelin Star restaurant every day. Plus, the old Asian couple that runs the restaurant is really sweet...

This is legit one of the best teriyaki spots in the Portland area! The chicken is always cooked to perfection. A little charred but super tender and delicious... exactly as it should be. Most of the competition is dry in comparison. The staff is always sincerely friendly and I leave with a smile every time. Highly recommended!! I just wish they were open on the weekends

This has been my favorite teriyaki place for a few years now. The teriyaki chicken and rice, the yakisoba, even the salad that comes with some items -- it's just always consistently really, really great food. If they were open on the weekends, I'd eat there every week. It's well-worth the drive from the city.
