HIGHLY RECOMMEND The miso katsu sando was heavenly. Honestly, better than some of the Sandos I had when I was in Japan. There's one lady running it and she makes each order fresh. It's a bit of a wait due to this but it's worth it. The lady is so sweet and you can tell she puts her love into every sando she gives. I'm lucky I got to try her food! It was delicious. Make sure you eat it right away when it's warm so the bread doesn't get soggy!

Best Japanese sandos in Portland! The sandos are huge, but the balance of flavors was on point. Get in line quickly and expect a bit of a wait, but there's a bunch of other food trucks to check out in the hall. Service was friendly. And prices were reasonable. I'd definitely come back!

I love Tokyo Sando—I’ve been coming here for forever, and after experiencing bad service earlier in the day at a different spot, I realized how much I’ve taken Tokyo Sando’s awesomeness for granted when I stopped by for my usual- sorry for not leaving a review sooner! Today’s Chicken Katsu Sando was おいしかった (delicious). You all always serve up incredible customer service and amazing sandos. (The potato salad is top-notch—pro tip: add spicy mayo to the Sando.)

Soooo good. The Miso Katsu was so delicious. Staff were so sweet and accommodating. While waiting I walked around and grabbed a few other items at other vendors but Tokyo Sando stood out the most by far.

This is the BEST sando I’ve ever had! We love the chicken katsu sando and the tofu katsu sandos with their special black garlic! So good. I have gotten all my friends and family obsessed as well! We also love how kind and friendly the people are - definitely a top food truck in Portland for us. Highly recommend!
