We visited Top Off Espresso twice while we were in town. Lily, Jess, and Aurora were all fantastic. The coffee is strong and tasty and the vibes are immaculate. If we lived in Oregon we’d be regulars, but since we can’t come all the time, y’all should go and get some coffee and a great experience!
Great service, amazing specials every week, the women are always friendly and beautiful, and it's more than just coffee their knowledge of ways to energize your day will amaze you.
First off, the coffee and breakfast options served here are super legit. Second, Scarlett is the sweetest. She was very gracious when I was embarrassed to figure out I had unknowingly mapped my way to a bikini coffee stand. She was so professional about it I quickly got over my mistake.
If I ever find myself in this part of Portland again I’ll be stopping by, loved my latte and the service :)
