I was really disappointed with my recent visit. The drink I was served actually had ants in it, and when I brought it to the staff’s attention, I was still charged for it. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled left me feeling dismissed as a customer. Cleanliness and customer care are basic expectations, and unfortunately, neither were met here.

First and last time I went to this place . never again really bad experience very disorganized place and people nobody knew Anything🙄🤦🏽♀️ we had to stand the whole time I called in the morning asking to rent a table and they told me once you get into the building we will rent that to you , I got into the building and the guy was acting stupid and he says we don’t have any more tables ? And the SERVICE was very very slow there wasn’t much personal. the owner of the place I talked to him and told him how de satisfy I was and I told him the whole story and he didn’t care he just said I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do and that was it . so I will never go back to this place and very expensive as well. Really bad experience.

Terrible place, terrible service, the workers have a terrible attitude, you ask them something and they don't know anything, and to top it off the bathroom didn't work and they were disgusting, it's not worth coming, it was my first time here and I'm definitely not coming back.
Horrible. I used to go to Trio in 2014 and loved it. I recently went back.. $50 cover per person, $70 for 4 vodka Red Bulls that tasted like pure Red Bull. I bought 4 vodka Red Bulls for our group at a classier bar right up the street an hour befit and it was $24. Music was bad, staff was rude, most of the people inside were climbing on furniture and throwing trash on the ground. Absolutely never stepping foot in this place again. Disgusting and despicable.

Trio overall has a little for everyone, but you definitely have to pay for it.
A well single drink was $15+, but not to mention a single shot cost $20 for my friend. The prices overall are insane
There was also a severe lack of a water station area for patrons, and you had to wait in a long line at the bar to get water. I even asked for water, and the bartender looked at me and said, "Absolutely not," and walked away from me and went to serve others. Like what??
We went there for a New Years event, and you basically were not allowed to sit in any spot in the entire place without paying for "VIP," which was 150 a person. I understand having booths and areas reserved... but every single booth and chair? Those places sat empty all night cause no one bought them.
Overall, the atmosphere is amazing, but the prices and service will keep me and my group from coming back

Really the first and last time that I could go to the place, the Owner was very rude to us when it was time to close the place, I was heading towards the exit and the Owner, in his attempt at arrogance, was very rude to my son who was still finishing his last drink. He treated him like an animal, not to mention the excessive cost of the drinks, I think the place is too overrated, I do not recommend the club
