The pizza is actually pretty good. Yum Yum Yum roasted garlic. Normally pizza at a bar and Grill after that. Obviously it won't be as good as your favorite pizza joint but it's pretty dang good.

The service was great from bartender and chef came out to meet us. Special for Super Bowl was bbq ribs, potato salad, beans and cornbread. All authentic and delicious! Several of the patrons started up conversations with us and the entire afternoon was Fun. This was my first visit and I will return.

Arguably the best neighborhood bar in Portland, the best weekday deals you can find, including 1.50 tacos Tuesdays, .75 wings Wednesdays, Burger and craft beer for 12.50 Thursdays, large 3 topping pizza for 13.50 Fridays. Great food, drink specials most days too, quality staff.

Lis was great and very attentive. Not over bearing but just there when you needed something. Not sure how she does it. I'll be back on the weekends to see her. Nice thin crust pizza too.

Call in order, the food was prepared correctly. The only thing I would suggest is designating a waiting place other than the bar counter. Took way to long to pay for food.

Ok so I have been going here for a couple years to watch games The service (other than Joe and JJ(who just just quit)) (and the old manager Alex and ex employee Lauren is terrible and that's not an exaggeration!! The Sunday staff is a joke (smart for a "sports bar" I've been here for 2 hours and no one has asked me if I want anything to eat or said you're welcome after I say thanks!! Katie is the the name of the terrible server on Sundays she's either an idiot or the worst server ever I'd use bad words but it'll make me look like a jerk It's that bad!! Unless my son is here and wants to watch a baseball game and grab a drink I won't be back!!! They raised the prices and food quality is at an all time low!! The manager may try but the decisions made for this place in general are a joke and you have to blame the owner and the manager!! It's gross and embarrassing!! I will be looking for a new local bar And I will tell all my steeler fanatics to join me wherever I go Take care JJ I'm out!! Bryan

Come here often enough, service is always attentive and friendly. I wouldn't usually write a review for a dive bar, but the two guy bartenders that I see here all the time for the last couple years, are always here (do they get days off?) and always have a smile on their face. They're attentive to both the bar top and their tables and I felt they deserved some recognition for that. They have large booths that could probably squeeze 8 people at one table, so plenty of space to pop out a laptop and do some work or come play games, hangout, whatever. They also have one pool table. I know on Mondays they do bingo and I wouldn't be surprised if they have trivia or other weekly activities. Happy hour is great too, everyday from 3-6 and 9pm-12am.Drinks are reasonably priced, beer is cold, so meets my standards. I've tried a few of their food items and nothing disappointed. It's a classic dive menu but the food is decent portions, comes out clean/fresh, and I have no reason to complain. It's close to Lewis & Clark colleges which includes an undergrad campus, but also graduate schools and the law school, so typically when I come through its a mixture of college kids, older students, the regulars, and then a good mix of folks that don't fit into any of those boxes. It's a dive bar, but it feels clean and doesn't have that dingey feel. if you come during the holidays, they'l have really sweet decorations that elevate the mood.

Laid back, spacious and friendly local place. I often do jobs out in this area and stop to dodge the traffic at rush hour. Everyone is friendly and enjoys conversation. I've had the food once, but it was cooked correctly and had great flavor. So all in all, worth the stop.

Service really depends on who is on shift when you get there. I recommend ordering at the bar.

It’s a dive bar with really good food. I always want to stop by this place but my wife is usually hesitant. Pizza is great. Porch is too small and there are too many smokers on it.

Place looks closed! Went to watch the game and it looks like it's shut down

Very nice people. We went in for the trivia. Didn’t order food, but what passed our table looked reasonable. The drinks were decent and priced low.It was FULL of college kids though. Not quite our scene.. but, if that’s what you’re looking for, you found the place!
