We tried the chef's menu for $55 pp. The food was good and the variety of flavors was fun. We had servers swapping between tables and never quite felt like one person was on top of it. Food kept coming and they'd just show up with plates that didn't fit and look for us to move things and consolidate plates. It didn't feel like great service. I have no need to go back but don't regret going

We recently dined at Tusk and while the food was absolutely outstanding, the service, however, fell short of expectations. The flavors were vibrant, and each dish was clearly made with attention to detail and quality ingredients. The Musakahn chicken and whole trout were both exceptional, perfectly cooked to tenderness and packed with rich flavors. However, the service was disappointing. Our server seemed inattentive and disinterested, and we had to wait quite a while for basic requests like water refills. It’s a shame because the food truly deserves five stars, but the lack of good service took away from the overall experience.

Was excited to try this place out, after seeing the menu items. It was originally the main restaurant focus of our trip.
We mostly only ordered apps and dessert, as we had just came from another place a few hours ago 😋.
The food was good, but not really memorable which is what I look for. Generally I always opt for the hummus but after seeing it and the reviews... we passed.
The baked cheese was very popular, ordered by several tables, and one of the reasons we went. It was good.
The staff was friendly, but the automatic 20% gratuity was rather disappointing. I understand it and that it's on website and menus... but I don't look for a built in 20% amount while scanning menus online. I only saw it at the very bottom while placing our order there.
So be aware of that. I can't say that I would go back with a wide range of options in the city.
But be different and try someplace new.

This place and everything about it- ITS A VIBE! From ambiance, to music, to customer service, to cleanliness, to the FOOD - it was all a 1000% solid during our visit. I'd suggest to expand the wine menu quite a bit to pair well with the exquisite flavors and tastes that come together in your mouth. The imagination of the culinary artists at this place was an experience of marvel for someone like me. I loved it and would definitely re-visit specially for this from Seattle <>Portland. Thank YOU!

Love all their vegetarian options. Second time coming here and we ordered the remaining vegetarian items from their menu that we didn't order during our first visit. Parking was easier and we got a reservation on the same day of booking.
As usual, everything was phenomenal. Stand out dishes - labneh - hummus - baked cheese - squash entree --- so much flavor
Vibes were great. And so were all the dishes.

We sat at the bar and got exceptional service. The food arrived quickly and the taste was out. Great flavors. We had the hummus, flatbread, sweet potato, beef skewer. falafel, salad, and feta dish. Excellent. Portions were generous.
Tusk has tasty food albeit smaller portions. We''ve decided to not go back due to the automatic 20% tip. tips are supposed to be earned; not mandatory.
