Great quiet little coffee shop. I used to live in the neighborhood and stopped here often for the back covered patio and a good cup of coffee. The food is fine if you just want a bagel or pastry.

Stayed a couple of blocks away and wandered into this place looking for morning coffee and was pleasantly surprised.
I’m a boring coffee person - house brew, black says it all. But, this place does it all - every type of coffee drink you could want.
Granted, black coffee ain’t hard. But, getting coffee here is such a pleasant experience - the staff are all congenial, friendly, and accommodating.
I can’t say much about the food, but the bagels and cream cheese I had were as good as any I’ve ever had - chewy, flavorful, and great cream cheese.

Yowch! Usually it’s really tasty coffee but I watched them pour a whole cup of milk for my latte and realized it was because the espresso was bottom of the barrel bad! Definitely needed a new filter. Came out so bitter and bland no amount of creamer or sugar could save it. Wish I was at least told something. :( the bagels are always really tasty tho!!

The back patio is pretty and nicely shaded. I got an avocado toast and the seasonal matcha lemonade. Both were delicious, the service was fast and the barista was really friendly. Highly recommend.
