Uncle Vinny's Eatery & Pizza

I met this wonderful family when they came into my Bar Rounders on 114 th Halsey.
They were such a happy bunch. And they invited me to come out to their restaurant Uncle Vinny‘s. Which I did yesterday. I ordered a pizza. It was the best pizza I have ever eaten in my life, even cold the next day. It was wonderful. I am so excited to try some of their wonderful other menu items. Their menu is incredible. I’m so thankful they popped into my little Place. they will be seeing a lot more of me and my friends and my customers.

I have ordered from this place many times on Door Dash. The food is outstanding!!!
Today I decided to go and eat at the restaurant.
I didn’t disappoint. Consistently good food and the service was excellent.

Possibly the worst restaurant I have ever visited. 2 hours to get our meal, straight from Safeway deli.

My catfish was soggy because some smart person put juice all at the bottom of my catfish. I’m not going to lie when I walked in and saw the normal ladies weren’t there I should’ve come back a different day.

Even with the new ownership this place still has hands down the best calzones in Portland! Haven't tried their new BBQ menu but it's definitely next on the list It looks delicious! The staff is super friendly and attentive and even though the prices went up some still very reasonable.

Really wanted to try this place out! Tried to order a to go one night and couldn't get anyone to answer which I understand during a rush so I showed up the next night. It says seat yourself and the server noticed me walk in and read the sign that says seat yourself, even made eye contact and that was it. I waited over 20 minutes and the server never came to my table. The place was not busy at all so I don't get it. Bummed because I wanted the bbq and the pie looked really good.

** Edit. This was yesterday evening around 7:00. I edited my original post for typos. The food did look good and I may try again but would prefer not to use a discount as I would prefer to remain more anonymous if I do visit but appreciate the offer.

False advertising! Menu prices are NOT what you'll be charged.....UNLESS you pay with cash. Not indicated anywhere!! I believe that's illegal.

I was a first-time visitor, and I loved everything. I ordered the Uncle Vinny's Turkey Sandwich with tater tots, and it was so delicious. Others with me ordered ribs, fried chicken, yams, and mac n cheese, and everything was well seasoned and tasted amazing. I definitely will return. They also have gambling machines, which someone at the table with me won and paid for everyone's meal, which was a blessing unexpected. The atmosphere was cool, they had a packed house, and the bathroom was clean and free parking. The waiter was friendly. She had us cracking up. The owner came out and said hello, very friendly place.
