The weather has turned cooler and I was in the mood for soup and a sandwich. My husband and I decided to try out Underbite today and I'm glad we did! It's located in a tidy little food cart in a sort of alley or parking lot on the edge of Ladd's Addition. Looks as though they are hoping to expand this pod. We each got the soup & salad special. I had The Vegan Dodge Sandwich and Roasted Cauliflower Soup, my husband got the Ruben and Tomato Orange Soup. Mine was delightful! My husband enjoyed his as well. We both had half a sandwich leftover for later. We will definitely be back!

So I wasn’t expecting this to be one of the best cheesesteaks I ever had, but it was. The quality of the beef is first rate and the bread is exceptional. It’s also dipped in this slightly vinegary au jus sauce setting it apart from all the rest.

Really solid sandwiches. I had the Reuben and he really nailed it with the amount of kraut and thousands island. My partner had the Bamf and called it "phenomenal". The tofu was well marinated. We appreciated the fresh, healthy ingredients! A group of kids stopped in whole we ate and all got grilled cheese, soup and juice boxes. Pretty sweet snack for neighbors!

Wanted a quick bite/sandwich and have past this cart many times. So glad to have stopped there today. The sandwiches were perfect. Not only were they well conceived, they were also well priced. Definitely will be back to try more! (Had the tofu reuben this time and it was stellar)

Was at Honeycuspe with friends and couldn't help eyeing the menu here, so I got one of their specials to-go... holy cow was it good. The Tofu Reuben (smoked tofu and sauerkraut on rye) was DELICIOUS. The tofu was also perfectly firm, which held up well in sandwich form and absorbed flavor really well, even after a 20 minute car ride. The other menu items sounded intriguing too, so I will definitely be going back!

I've been wanting to try this place for quite some time as I heard nothing but good things and it's close to work. It's the perfect lunch menu, soups, sandwiches, combo and much more. Vegetarians and meat eaters all have options. I had a craving for their meatball sub after reading how it morphed from a traditional sausage & pepper sandwich. I didn't disappoint, in fact looking forward to trying the rest of the menu.
