The weather has turned cooler and I was in the mood for soup and a sandwich. My husband and I decided to try out Underbite today and I'm glad we did!
It's located in a tidy little food cart in a sort of alley or parking lot on the edge of Ladd's Addition. Looks as though they are hoping to expand this pod.
We each got the soup & salad special. I had The Vegan Dodge Sandwich and Roasted Cauliflower Soup, my husband got the Ruben and Tomato Orange...

So I wasn’t expecting this to be one of the best cheesesteaks I ever had, but it was. The quality of the beef is first rate and the bread is exceptional. It’s also dipped in this slightly vinegary au jus sauce setting it apart from all the rest.
