Excellent cafe and matcha lattes at Upper Left Roasters. Love the latte art. We had the Nova Lox and Avocado Toast for breakfast. It was tasty. And the space is bright and open. Friendly barista. Highly recommended!

I’ve hesitated posting this five times because the coffee is amazing, the food is quite possibly the best coffee shop food I’ve ever had; but the WiFi is the absolute worst!! It actually bums me out. Because time and time again, I pick this place because the coffee and food and Every Single Time, after working for a bit the WiFi goes out/buffers. Honestly, the first 5 times I let it go, just packed up and went to another coffee shop. I let it go because the coffee and food was so good. Today it has happened again. So off to find another coffee shop to work at…again.

If you just want killer coffee and good this is the place to go!! If you want to have a meeting, study, or work; unfortunately, this is not the place. It’s SO close to being perfect.

The rose matcha is delicious and made to absolute perfection. You can also see the passion the baristas have in creating high-quality handcrafted drinks. The espresso served here is one of the best I've found in the area, well balanced and creamy. Even though the café had quite the handful of customers, the drinks were flowing out from the bar, so we didn't have to wait long!

Coffee, service and atmosphere are top notch. However the past few times I've gone the wifi has been unusably bad. To make matters worse, the cell reception is spotty so I can't reliably tether from my phone. A new wifi access point would do wonders for my favorite neighborhood spot.

Latte was good, but it was $7.50 (plus $1 tip) for a 12oz cup. Either I'm out of touch or Upper Left Roasters is out of touch. I'll let you decide.

Big windows, natural light, modern but warm. Coffee’s smooth and balanced, you can actually taste the origin—notes of citrus, a little floral, nothing bitter or burnt. Kind of like the fresh-squeezed version of what most places serve. Not the cheapest, but worth it for the quality and calm. Easy to lose track of time here.

I am a visiter in town and who doesn't love a new coffee spot to check out.

Street parking is the only thing I can find but it's free since it's in a nice neighborhood. I wanted their popular breakfast sandwich but it was sold out so I tried their turkish breakfast. Man that was super yummy! I love the greek yogurt aspect of the dish.

It was a chilly march so i got me a hot vanilla latte. Smooooooth espresso to say the least. I enjoyed reading a book and a great time there. Bookmarked and saved.
