Booth seats were a little uncomfortable but other than that every thing was awesome everything was so good. Maybe have labels for all the difference sauces I diped in to a few I dident like...not because they were bad but just bc im a picky eater lol everything was super good and the staff was so awesome and dident try to rush us out even though we were still going through our dinner past the closing time.

I love love love this place! If you go during the martini happy hour it’s even better! But the black truffle fondue with the bread is my fav, and the Thai broth is also amazing with the meats and veggies you choose. I come here every birthday and will continue. Amazing place!

A local gave us this recommendation for a good place to eat. It was an excellent experience and a GREAT value. The prix fixe menu gave us so much food we had to take dessert home! Excellent service. Delicious. The Oregon Black Truffle cheese with the cauliflower first course. Mmmmm..so good!

The service here was so abysmal that we didn’t stay. There were four seated tables at the time we walked in with a group of 3. The server did not bring us water for almost 10 minutes but served the other 4 tables multiple times during that time. I asked for the special on the placard on the table for a drink and he didn’t know if he had it because it was from May so it was 2 weeks out of date. 5 more minutes pass and he hits all the tables except ours again. By this point we realized that the only dipper that came with the fondue was bread and each add on was $7 or more. By the time we’d sat there for 15 minutes we decided to go somewhere less local but with better service (melting pot)

Urban Fondue was genuinely fantastic great and flavorful cheese fondue. The seasonal crafted dipping sauces for the entrée course were the absolute best. Unfortunately, the service couldn’t have been more disappointing. Our drinks ran dry and stayed that way, the bread never showed up, and the server was mostly MIA throughout the meal. What really added insult to injury was the absurd amount of fondue left uneaten, not because we were full, but because we simply ran out of things to dip. With a little more attention from the server, this could have been incredible. Instead we left frustrated and surrounded by enough leftover fondue to feed a small army.

Perfect from beginning to end! By far the best drinks and food I've had in Portland to date. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back. The Brie fondue with lavender and lemon juice swirled in was AMAZING. Our waiter was highly attentive and personable. Great ambiance. New favorite restaurant!!!

My boyfriend and I had a lovely dinner here. It's a romantic ambience, although I did see a family having dinner here as well and that wasn't at all out of place. It was a great experience, the food was delicious, and all of the staff were friendly. Will come here again.

A perfect evening out. Celebrating a birthday for someone who had never gone to fondue, who had a fabulous evening! The large comfortable booth, impeccable service, delicious and plentiful food and the charm of fondue was just great. Was not our first time and we will be back!

Amazing! The waitress and man who served us were wonderful! The food was abundant and flavorful! The instructions were easy. The whole experience lasted 2.5 hours - we were all super full, I recommend this to anyone wanting a tasty experience!
