Vertical Diner Portland is AMAZING. They make everything from scratch from their seitan to their ketchup. We had the "La Mesa," the Philly cheese steak, and the berry French toast. Oh, and their Buffalo Tender Tigers, which were actually like a sweet chili sauce? Very good. It's so unassuming, you would never guess it were vegan from the outside. Classic American digs. Delicious food and very affordable! Definitely check them out if you are passing through.
