Being the total idiot I am, I assumed there was Apple Pay before ordering. When I had issues with my card of course Apple Pay decided to be a problem and the owner without even blinking just said the drink was on him and gave it to me 🌞 I’ve never felt so stupid, I will be back to pay for it and the owner really is an awesome guy. Much thanks for dealing with my idiocy and making my day.
I love this place. It’s a nostalgic 90s Portland coffee shop with much better coffee. I was deciding whether to try this for the first time or go to Grand Central, but I’m so glad I stopped in. If you’re looking Portland hipster coffee (a la Roseline or Good), this isn’t it. But if you want cozy and friendly, this is your place. I’ll definitely come back.
We don't live here, but when we visit, we actually plan our accommodation to be near this place bc Olas truly understands how to make a perfect morning beverage. They get their beans from a local roaster and the Village vibe is hard to beat.
