Voicebox Karaoke - SE Portland

Voicebox karaoke was a blast! We went to celebrate a birthday. Just my husband, adult kid and I.
We shared the artichoke dip, mini corndogs, giant pretzel and dumplings. The food was fabulous. The staff was helpful, fun and unobtrusive.
We treated it like carpool karaoke rather than individuals using the microphones but they were easy to use and the sound was great. We spent 2 hours and while more time would be awesome it was just right. The room we had was adequately sized and comfortable and they had a disco ball. They have some cool rooms for large groups too.
We were able to get together early on a Sunday afternoon since they open at 2pm which was perfect for our schedules.
The song list is huge and the system was easy to navigate so everyone could add songs to the queue. Dont forget to bring your reading glasses!
They have individual bathrooms (fabulous mirror!) with water saving flush system.

Cocktails are delicious and unique. The private rooms is adorable and fun for intimate parties.

I was really surprised by the kind and welcoming personalities that worked there. Everyone was so enthusiastic and passionate about singing and voicebox. The food and drinks are awesome. I'll go back at some point. Fun times. 👌 👏 👍 😍

Cool place with multiple sized rooms for all number of parties! Service was great, people were fantastic!

Not an impromptu Sunday plabey

Food was just fine nothing special, mixed drinks were very good though, service was great and it was so much fun to do do karaoke in a private room with friends! Plus they have a Photo Booth! So fun!

This place would've gotten 5 stars, but the wait staff are super unpleasant. At least they were the night we went. Almost like they were annoyed to be there, and they let it show. It makes a difference in the overall experience.
They were reluctant to take our order, annoyed while waiting for us to decide what we wanted, and, at one point, we had to go out of our room to order refills and second alcoholic drinks because she just never came back.

The karaoke itself, so cool!! We love karaoke and being able to control everything from the lights to the music, to the volume was great!!

The food was good!! Song choices, great!! Prices, appropriate!

Great selection and awesome sound quality, the light up disco ball was a nice touch! using my phone to queue songs was easy and intuitive and let everybody contribute without installing any complicated apps like other karaoke places

Still not lots of great food options, the service has definitely improved quit a bit since last year. The WiFi doesn't see to be having issues as frequently as it used to, though that could be because we went on a slower night

It was a very fun experience that I got to have with my friends. The food was alright but the service and Atmosphere were amazing. I will definently be coming back here

Kid-friendliness: They censor the lyrics of songs ghat have swearing in them so any vhildren womt be exposed to cuss words.

Prices are very reasonable, especially using promotions like the 1st free hour. Otherwise ($8/per hour per person) or you can pay by the room. Happy hour promotions for food and drinks are amazing and again well priced. I got a mixed drink and fries for around $4 each. Staff is friendly and kind. You can tell that they care about smooth service, which is very appreciated. Can’t wait to come again.
