This was our first time at von ebert and cat was our bartender. Cat is so sweet! She has good recommendations and a bubbly personality. We had the wings and they were amazing!! She was so passionate and genuine with her recommendations and the specials they had going that day. I’ll go back because of her!

Cat was the best bartender. She was so lovely. She was nice and made us feel welcome. She was intuitive to our needs, had great conversationand was genuine in her recommendations (get the wings!). Even when she was busy she treated everyone so kindly. She deserves a raise!! Because of her I will come back again!

Amazing server. amazing food. They charge for sauces 😤 beers took a bit to get to the table (not servers fault) but overall great experience. Awesome views and location.

Arrived just when the lunch hour started and the restaurant was short handed and still had food out within 10 minutes after ordering. Had the smash burgers which were cooked to perfection. I have a diet restriction and they handled that with ease even explained one of their sauces had an ingredient which could be a problem depending on how severe the allergy or restriction is .

Three of us waited 15 minutes no service. So walked out waiter acted like we were invisible.
I ordered the Pulled Pork & Cole Slaw burger/sandwich w/fries (I've ordered before), and am accustomed to a limited bit of cole slaw. I called in and asked for extra cole slaw, expressing how much I like it. Nico, a manager, kindly saw to it that there would be extra slaw, and, he added it to their Side menu selections as an option. He even wrote a friendly note on the to-go container about the addition and how to locate it. The sandwich was the best one I've had at VEB, plentiful, yummy, and extra barbecue sauce on the side added some extra tangy punch. Very neighborly, above and beyond in service and kindness. Thank you to the kitchen, to an exceptional Door Dash Deliverer, and, especially to Nico! ☆♡☆♡☆♡☆
