We went here a few nights ago, 5 min before closing and the guy was really nice and let us in. He was obviously in a rush to get out of there, but was still very professional and nice about us coming in 5 min to close. Another couple was like 2 min to close and he also let them in. This is the way it should be, but I find it rare these days.

This is a Portland icon. Their unique flavor combinations is what makes them worthwhile. My personal favorite is the Bacon Maple Bar. They are a primarily to-go place, but there is some seating.

We frequent this location often but tonight was special. The extremely dapper gentleman behind the register (well dressed to say the least) noticed we had both been crying. The fact that he took the time to talk to us to see if we were ok really meant a lot. Your good deed was a little silver lining on a dark day. Thank you again. I hope your good karma is coming. ❤️ And the donuts are amazing as always 😊
