Blah!!! ???If you enjoy getting really really sick from eating some rotten food, then go there to eat .......Otherwise, Don't !!!!One of the worst places in town,, by far!!Nasty food, weak drinks that are expensive which are Served up by a bunch ofA-holes that work there with no class.Whoever owns that place should be sued several times and then put in jail for a long time!Most likely the only reason that place is still allowed to stay open for business could only be because they pay off the county inspectors with more than just money.Dietary restrictions: Food poisoning!!

This place is good, don't get me wrong but I went there the other day. They said it would be ready at a specific time still waited there almost an extra half hour. I was a little disappointed but they didn't look busy at all I was a little irritated hopefully they get better with time.

I wish they would answer their phone. I been calling for 10 min because I enjoy the egg foo young and they close in about an hour now but they must not have anyone there or I'm hoping the number provided is correct.*Replying back to your responseIt says your restaurant is open, so maybe get the hours and days corrected.

Third time ordering food and getting watery thin flavorless sauce on food… nobody seems to care… finally spoke to the owner who made excuses “it’s not supposed to be a thick sauce” is it supposed to be watery and flavorless? No response… nobody cares…

Personally I like authentic Chinese food. It's better than expected. Friendly staff and great service. Overall is still a place for consideration of you are adventurous. 3 of us ordered the set Dinner B, the portion is more than enough for us, may be we are not very big eater? :

Tarot Panacea

I started going to the Wan-Q Lounge at its current location a few years ago to spend time with friends. The service from the bar has gone significantly downhill in that time, as they can't keep a decent bartender on staff. Brawls & fights are happening more often. The community mural has been wallpapered over. Now it's just another hole-in-the-wall with video poker & a couple pool tables. Visit if you don't mind waiting 30 minutes to get overpriced food or drink...and do cash as you go, or it might take 30 minutes to actually pay a tab.

Poorest of service:Probably the worst I’ve experienced at a bar in over 20 years. If I could give a zero, I would.Waited OVER 30 minutes for a drink while they chose to help every else- saw several people served more than twice. Purposefully brushed off for no Reason.When asked by the older White female bartender- she rudely said, « I don’t wanna hear it » The Asian female bartender even made eye contact and moved down the line.

This place is the worst for customers service,we have tried several times to get service their on sunday and she is never in bar.she is out stocking bar. GEEEEZ come in earlier to stock,your customers should be more IMPORTANT!

Best Marketing Agent

When I got to the front of the line last night to order drinks/food the owner helped 4 different customers behind me while each customer stated I was there before them and to wait on me. When she finally got to me I asked her why she took the order of 4 different parties behind me and purposely ignored me she said that if I wanted faster service I was to go from where the only line was to the end of the serving counter. I said where there is "no sign where to order and not where the line is to order". She said "yes". This seems to be a recurring theme from reading other reviews. If she wasn't the owner I'm sure she would be promoted to customer with behavior like this.

The bartender is terrible. She litterally ignored me for no reason. I waited patiently to order drinks and get a menu, she ignored me for over 5 minutes. And she was not doing anything at all. Ordered drinks, went back up to the bar to place food order. She dropped the food and never came back. Bussed my own table as our friends were arriving. Put my dishes in the bud tub, went back up to the bar to order drinks. Waited over 30 minutes while she helped over 15 people that walked up to the bar after me. A friend of mine that is a regular Wales up to the bar and stood next to me, she went right up to him and asked what he would like. When he told her I was first she said “I will get to her”. I finally ordered my drinks, closed out my tab, still tipped 20% but will never go back. I have been in this industry for 19 years and have never seen anything like this.She was also cutting her fruit as needed and was muddling fruit in half a shaker of ice. ?I will never purchase a single item nor step foot in this establishment again.
