Love the patio here and they have some decent beers. Great spot if you want to bring a book and read outside or enjoy the weather

definitely in the upper echelon of breweries in Portland. I have it just above Deschutes and in the company of 10 Barrel Brewing and Breakside. Normally im not a lager guy either but their Helles Lagerbier was really great and lives up to its GABF Medal. They make a great summer shandy out of it too. Also, there IPAs here are really great and live up to the West Coast IPA scene. the Spellbound IPA was really good and their original ipa and Earth's Eris were pretty good too

Food has always been great, especially love their Caesar. Sometimes service is hit and miss. Today we left after a beer for 2 reasons (and we really wanted to enjoy lunch): the music they've been playing last several visits is cancer-causing acid rock and so off-putting, and then our food never came. No mention of any delays. We just wanted to get the F outta there. Really too bad. Love their food and outdoor deck and cool brick interior. However, when music makes you want to hurl and inattentive service adds to the "we don't give a sh&t about your experience", there are other places to go.

I got the pork belly Bahn mi on Saturday and I'll say the flavor was good, but the sandwich was so soggy I couldn't even eat the bread. The belly it's self was an extremely small portion and cut into tiny pieces that it didn't even cover all of the soggy bread. This sandwich was so sticky and a mess that I had to get up to wash my hands twice. Like the flavor was good from what I could pick through the soggy bread but next time maybe go easy on the sauce. Bummed because for an $18 sandwich I was hoping I could have eaten the whole thing but the soggy bread was a texture nightmare for me. I left still hungry. Probably won't return for over priced mediocre food.

We had booked Knot Springs and wanted a small snack before so we headed to Wayfinder Beer just a block away. I'm impressed by the size - it's a lot bigger than it looks from the outside, loved the exposed brick and industrial interior. I definitely want to come back during the summer as the outdoor seating looked amazing. It was covered in snow tonight! We ordered the pretzel with cheese and mustard and the Banh mi fries. The pretzel was piping hot and while it was a little unevenly shaped, it was steamy, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The mustard and cheese dipping sauces were on point. The fries had a yummy caramelized cauliflower (please put more of this on the dish it was so good), fresh cucumber and carrot, and a flavorful cream sauce. Everyone was attentive and service was quick.

Delicious fish & chips, and we had excellent, speedy and attentive service in an awesome atmosphere with tons of indoor and outdoor seating. Good draft beer selection. Only one cider on tap unfortunately. Food was a bit pricier than we expected for a brewpub kind of place but delicious and we were happy with our experience nonetheless. We would definitely return!

Fast and friendly service. Flights available with 4 beers. Nicely decorated. Pretzel is small.

Great drinks and food. The pretzel is an “interesting” shape but everything we got didn’t have anything negative to say.

I've been to Wayfinder a few times and the patio is great in spring/summer. It's definitely not the best neighborhood but you'd never know it's a weird area while you're in the patio area or inside. My most recent visit was kind of annoying. My finance and I had a beer and fries. We got a TINY cup of ranch and then later had to flag someone down to get more ranch and ketchup. I was annoyed to find a $1 charge per ranch on the bill. I understand if it's house made and you want to charge for it, but that should be on the menu or you should say something when we order. It's just annoying to pay for a tiny amount of ranch. That being said, I do love their fries.

Some of the weirdest and most off-putting vibes I've ever encountered in my life. I got a drink at the bar and joined some friends on the patio. A guy came up to our table and goes "so we're going to order through our server, not at the bar, ok?" Which ok, not mad about being corrected on that but don't appreciate being condescended to. He goes on to say that I shouldn't have my water bottle there but since I did I'm "not allowed to drink out of it because it may have gin in it". I was stone cold sober and don't most people carry water bottles? For the record, it was water. Maybe he said gin bc it was a clear liquid? I cannot figure out where that came from. The pretzel we got was burned, the server forgot about us a couple times, and every single interaction was undercut by some snippy or condescending comment. I would understand if we were high maintenance, but we didn't argue, didn't say a word about the wait or food quality, and still tipped 20%. In retrospect I wish I had walked out after the very first interaction. The only tip I've ever wholly regretted leaving. Great place to go if you have a degradation kink you can't otherwise fulfill.
