Wendy's in Portland

“VERDICT: HIGHLY RECOMMEND

As far as Wendy's locations go this one in my opinion and in my experience is one of the best ones to go to in this side of Portland.

I really wish I took a photo of how well packaged my order was and how they exactly did what I requested which was heavy everything and all the fixings that's literally all I had to say and my chili was probably some of the best chili I've had in a very long time.

What blew me away was the quality of everything and how it was packaged and put in separate bags and how the cheese and the onions came in these little small cups just as it would if I went to a fine restaurant like McMenamins or some other high in place.

I cannot stress enough just how great my experiences have been here whether it's the drive-thru or going inside.

The reason for the low rating on the atmosphere is simply because some people choose not to clean up after themselves and are a little bit messy , but that's not the fault of the staff as they are very busy with the kitchen. And it shows!

Another high point is that I probably placed at least 10 orders over the last year and none of them were incorrect or were made wrong.

This sure reminds me more of a burgerville than a Wendy's.

“Lyubov did the best she could with it being so super busy. My only suggestion would be if you stop to listen to what a customer is missing when you hand them 1 / 4 of their items, to stop and listen. Not walk away while the customer is mid sentence.
Ive been in customer service and it gets chaotic, I get that.
She was really kind and I do appreciate that.“

“I only stopped to use the bathroom, but noticed the store was clean & the bathroom is super nice. It's a private bathroom so you have privacy which is awesome & it was super clean & stocked up with seat covers & was just really clean. I didnt try the food but I would definitely eat here. For sure!“

“The new salted caramel crunch Frosty is amazingly delicious. They did a great job on the remodel I do not like having to stand and wait to place an order when they help all the GrubHub and food delivery drivers first. If I've been standing there and then a driver comes in the driver should not be helped before me. I got off my lazy butt and drove to Wendy's and went in so why do I have to stand there and wait for all these food deliveries to be made and sent out before I'm even helped“

I really wish these places would actually sell what they advertise. In the photos the food looks amazing and then you get your food and we'll most of the time it looks like it was ran over by a truck! Just saying“

“I came here for the 4th time to order food to eat, the team here is always friendly. And I seen while eating, the team when have free time cleaning and sanitizing after costumers leave tables and that is a plus for me, considering being seated somewhere clean and comfortable to enjoy my meal. The food taste fresh and made with love. Could of clean the bathrooms a bit more and stock up on toilet paper inside considering it a public place that everyone use. But other than that I will definitely be back and will recommend to others.“

“Quick easy service. Probably the only fast food I bother with anymore. $5/5 junior bacon cheeseburger, 4 piece nuggets, fries, and a soda. You really can't beat that for $5. Apparently they're doing keychains for unlimited frostys now which should be awesome for the heat.

Vegetarian options: Salads and potatoes. Pretty standard fast food veggies options but at a better price.“
