I came here for the 4th time to order food to eat, the team here is always friendly. And I seen while eating, the team when have free time cleaning and sanitizing after costumers leave tables and that is a plus for me, considering being seated somewhere clean and comfortable to enjoy my meal. The only reason why they got low stars was because of the fact that this particular Wendy's does not offer the pretzel hamburger buns. That's the only reason why I even go to Wendy's. For me it's pretzel bun or nothing. Oh and I go for Wendy's Frostie as well. I was so upset that they didn't offer pretzel buns, I had my heart and hungry stomach set on it. DAMN! Out of all diet sodas and Munster cheese for the new bacon mushroom burger. They didn't tell me they were out of the muster cheese when I ordered my burger. Only after I started eating the burger did I notice. I would not have ordered the bacon mushroom burger if I had known they were out of munster cheese. I would like a refund for my meal since they had no diet soda or the cheese for my burger.
