Was there last night about 7 p.m. and had the worst fast food dining experience of my life. Service was super slow -- took over 15 minutes to order and receive food. Pan handler came in and was bothering people in line asking for money--staff ignored him. I told him to quit bothering me and get out, he screamed something vulgar at me -- staff appeared to not notice scruffy guy screaming in the lobby.
