I got there around 8:30 PM and they made me park and wait forever. When they finally brought my food, it was wrong. I went back to fix it, and they acted like I was lying about my drinks. Then I get home and it’s still the wrong food. I called, and they made me drive back for a refund—paid in cash even though I used the app. Total headache. Don't worry to guy who yelled "not to come back", I won't.

This comes from a prior employee and a former customer. HR needs to come into this store religiously, you can hear management or other coworkers screaming at each other from the window or through the headsets while customers are ordering or trying to order but good luck that will take 10 min no this hasn’t happened only once. Our food was basically thrown on top of us once we got the order, and for why? We were the only car in line what was the problem? We are paying customers I was being nice and kind I felt so incredibly bad for what seemed like a new hire working the window because she was just getting berated and I know it’s how you treat your employees as being a prior one. Clearly in the last 6months I’ve been gone nothing has changed. FYI I wouldn’t eat the bacon they serve! From someone who has seen first hand how they think it’s ok to prepare it.

I had a very disappointing experience during my visit. While waiting for my food, an employee was loudly yelling a story about finding a “nasty” chunk of something in the fryer that morning. This happened in a lobby full of customers, which was incredibly unprofessional. They were also laughing about not wearing aprons, which raised concerns about hygiene.

When I asked to use the restroom, I was told it wasn’t available to customers. However, I noticed they allowed one of their friends to use it shortly after. This inconsistent treatment was frustrating and added to an already unpleasant visit. Ultimately, I felt so uncomfortable that I had to throw my food away.

Baconator should have bacon. Salad should have dressing. Sometimes they leave out an entire sandwich or give you someone else's order. Drive thru wait time has ballooned in recent months. Check your bag before you leave the drive thru because they won't. I give this location six more months before it joins the dozens of others that corporate closed a few months ago.

Streets Ahead

Half the time you order spicy nuggets they give you regular nuggets. When I asked for no mayo on my sandwich, they had put mayo on it but wiped it off and it still have a thin layer of mayo. I am allergic to mayo.

Basically they rush and are careless with orders. Shows that managers don't care and ultimately owners don't care. I would avoid the drive through.

We were just in there around 12:35 and we were sitting and waiting in the pick up line to pick up our order, which we could see sitting on the counter. Instead of responding to my boyfriend when he was asking to get his food they just kept ignoring him even though there were several orders sitting and getting cold on the counter.

One American woman who was working on 12/14/2014 at 11:30 on the drive when she said the order was not ready and I can't wait here, I have to go inside, but I was alone on the drive. I went in and in 10 seconds they gave me the order. why are you so stupid? this is the second time this has happened
