It seemed the boss was berating the employee. The employee did not have enough change to cover 76 cents and they were flustered. when I said if I give you 24 cents would it be enough to bring it to a full dollar the employee couldn't think clearly enough to answer and the boss had to step in and answer that for him. Essentially she was yelling at him and not doing what he needed to make his job easier. The food was excellent, the service was okay but the sodas were missed because again the employee was being berated by the employer and he forgot to hand us the drinks. And the atmosphere was abysmal because the manager was not a good fit for the position. Sadly I think that the manager was actually the owner of this franchise location...

Grub Hub delivery driver had some sort of argument with the employees about a substitution that didn't make any sense. Didn't get the mushroom bacon cheeseburger I ordered.

We often order the spicy chicken sandwich - made fresh. Crispy and delicious. Staff is amazing. I had problems getting my special offer to show on my phone. Staff member and manager were patient and solved the problem. Busy place.

Went tonight to get food with my fiancé. Hopped in the drive thru and asked for a moment to figure out our order. 2 minutes into us just trying to figure out what we want, the person in the window did a sharp whistle at us through the microphone to get our attention. I didn’t say anything because I just wanted our food and to get out of there. We aren’t dogs, we were being respectful before and even after that. Super unnecessary and rude. I understand it’s glisan and 82nd so there’s a lot of stuff fast food workers deal with but that was just uncalled for. Blonde lady with square glasses running the window was chill after that but that whistle from her really rubbed me the wrong way.
