I would not recommend using this Wendy’s. Unfortunately this location needs a lot of help. They do not successfully deliver “fast” food. The workforce is understaffed and undertrained, so it takes them way too long to get orders out. Standing in the dining room watching 3 people try to figure out how to fill an order while the kitchen calls out all of the food that is done.

When we have in office Safety Meetings, we order breakfast sandwiches from here. Our guys enjoy them, and very speedy service.

Every time I come here they’re parking me. They also park other customers. They’re more worried about their drive thru time than their customers. They park me and bring out cold and greasy fries and the nuggets are greasy and falling apart as if they dunked them back in the fryer to make them fresh. It just makes everything soggy.

The new salted caramel crunch Frosty is amazingly delicious. They did a great job on the remodel I do not like having to stand and wait to place an order when they help all the GrubHub and food delivery drivers first. If I've been standing there and then a driver comes in the driver should not be helped before me. I got off my lazy butt and drove to Wendy's and went in so why do I have to stand there and wait for all these food deliveries to be made and sent out before I'm even helped

Very slow and yhe guy had me pay $0.50 for a Honey Mustard, but then walked away without giving it to me. Had to wait for someone else to show up at the window and let them know i paid and the guy just walked away. Service was sort of crap, but the food was good.

Now this is a Wendy's! If you see my other reviews, I've had numerous problems with the Wendy's locations around Portland, especially Grand Ave and Lombard (for the love of god don't go to either) and this location blows the others completely out of the water. The drive through line was surprisingly quick, employees were quick, maybe a little too quick lol, but still perfectly polite. Food and frosty came out looking like actual edible treats and a meal instead of smashed and melted mush. Wasn't crazy busy either! At least when I went around 9pm, that might vary by day and time. If you are put off and hate these other locations, this one is pretty damn good. I definitely recommend it.

Well i went through the drive thru and the guy clearly wasn’t listening to me saying to double tap the side button for my tap to pay, he proceeded to ignore me and insisted my card didn’t work. He was upset about his “time going up” and he didn’t “have time” to resolve the issue. I ended up just leaving because of how rude and UNHELPFUL he was.. like maybe redirect me inside or something? Idk completely rude service.
Also I just wasted a free small frosty that i had earned in reward points, since I didn’t ever get anything at all. Then he had the audacity to charge me for a MEDIUM biggie deal instead of the actual $6 it SAYS ON THE MENU.. not cool
