The new salted caramel crunch Frosty is amazingly delicious. They did a great job on the remodel I do not like having to stand and wait to place an order when they help all the GrubHub and food delivery drivers first. If I've been standing there and then a driver comes in the driver should not be helped before me. I got off my lazy butt and drove to Wendy's and went in so why do I have to stand there and wait for all these food deliveries to be made and sent out before...
Very slow and yhe guy had me pay $0.50 for a Honey Mustard, but then walked away without giving it to me. Had to wait for someone else to show up at the window and let them know i paid and the guy just walked away. Service was sort of crap, but the food was good.
Now this is a Wendy's! If you see my other reviews, I've had numerous problems with the Wendy's locations around Portland, especially Grand Ave and Lombard (for the love of god don't go to either) and this location blows the others completely out of the water. The drive through line was surprisingly quick, employees were quick, maybe a little too quick lol, but still perfectly polite. Food and frosty came out looking like actual edible treats and a meal instead...
