I ordered the fish sandwich last time I was there and it was way over cooked. It felt like I was biting a roof shingle. I believe if it wasn't overcooked it would have been great. Not sure what happened, maybe they got busy. Other than that their burgers and chicken and other items are great.
Vegetarian options: The only things I can think of is fries baked potatoes salad IDK
Vegetarian options: The salad is in house made so they can withhold the chicken. They also can withhold cheese.
Dietary restrictions: There are dairy free options. My cashier was amazing and asked about if cross contamination was ok, which we can't have and she guided up to the best options

We pulled up to the drive-thru and we're greeted by a sassy worker saying quote. Welcome back. Then we tried to order the party pack off the menu which was shown on the menu and they said they could not do it , she said she couldn't see it on the screen And her manager was on break. I then asked if there's anyone nearby that she can ask for help. She told me no nobody. Then she told me that it says we can order it online and recommended that we parked to order online. I annoyingly parked and looked to the window only to see her and 5 others in store. I parked and tried to order online which it then said we're not allowed to order the family pack online due to its size. I then went inside to try and order in person and to show the manager the error the app gave me and they said the menus have been updated (they haven't in store or drive thru) and we can no longer see the options in system. He refused to honor and appropriate pricing and referred us to use the next closest deal for "two 10p for $7 and get two packs for $14" which would be 10 less nuggets for the same price of the party pack. Instead I've decided not to return to this location due to the blatant lying from the employee's and management at the location. Highly suggest a corporate audit/inspection of employees and customer service in store

Wonderful, helpful team members! Wendy's food is consistently delicious and excellent quality. Wendy's is also one of the few remaining restaurants that still offers self-service beverages, which is so great.

I had to yell hello to be seen and there was no other customer inside. Then my breakfast items set out for over 5 minutes while employees were all in back doing idk what. The drive thru employee delivered several orders before someone came and gave us food. She was willing her hands all over her apron like something was on it then grabbed our food set on counter across from potatoes made my potatoes then tossed it all in bag. My breakfast burgers and burritos were not warm. I was looking forward to trying Wendy's breakfast as I've never had it but after this experience I'll go to Carl's Jr or McDonald's next time.

This has been the closest Wendys to me for about 10 years, so it's the only one I go to. I love it. Quality control is way above average. I've never gotten anything that wasn't fresh. That's pretty damn rare for a fast food establishment. Can't say the same about BK or McDonald's. Everyone is always friendly. Service is fast. Other Wendys need to do whatever this one's been doing.
