Walked inside to order a drink at the counter, made eye contact with all 6 employees, and received no service after 5 minutes of standing at the counter. This was at 3pm, March 6th.

I’d say this was the worst service I’ve ever received at Wendy’s, but I didn’t even get service at all. It was not busy, and there was zero acknowledgement that we were there.

Train your employees to do their job or offer their positions to people who will actually work.

Desiree was working Valentine's night and was exceptionally kind and helpful. Very friendly even while they were obviously understaffed. We definitely appreciated her service!

We were staying in the Hyatt nearby to catch a flight out the next day, and so just needed something quick and easy. I placed our order in the app and my husband and daughter walked over to get our food. The doors were locked. They tried opening and knocking and it took a few minutes before anyone acknowledged them and opened the doors for them. Apparently they were keeping the doors locked because of the number of employees on the premises (three).

I dunno what safety issues this location has had, and so maybe the employees really feared for their safety, but the big rub was that they made my husband and daughter stand outside, either at the front door or at the drive through window. It's winter. It was cold and windy. I felt this was in poor judgment and taste and could be handled better.

The good news is, they did fulfill the order and got it right.

It's a Wendy's, you've been there. They got my good out fairly quick. Then stick around long enough to have any great conversations. But I will tell you, 15 bucks for two breakfast sandwiches that are just upon and a piece of chicken it seems a bit ridiculous. At least ask for condiments cuz it doesn't have anything on them and they are dry. But the dog liked his, he doesn't care much for condiments.

When I was sitting at the drive-thru waiting for my food this morning, I witnessed, through the window, the girl working take the cups with her hands and scoop the ice, rather than using an ice scoop before adding the drinks. That is so unbelievably unsanitary. She's touching money as the drive-thru person, then touching cups that are then going into the ice. That's just GROSS.

Always a good meal, this location is out by the airport in the target parking lot. The only drawback is all booth seating with the exception of a tall counter and tall circle tables. I am in a wheel chair so it's a bit hard to find a place to sit that is not blocking isles, walkways r other patrons.

Wheelchair accessibility: While it is wheelchair accessible the seating for wheel chairs is severely lacking.

The food is always good but the service is shotty. I usually don't care bc they at least get my food out on time even if it's wrong. BUT on the 24th, I went there and ordered 2 honey buddy chx biscuit combos and won't be returning. Which is a real shame because those things hit!🤩

I ordered at the box and right away, they SHOULD HAVE let me know, "There will be a 10 minute wait on biscuits, is that okay?" Plain and simple, I would've just asked for a different bread! But no, I asked for a modification for one of the sandwiches. Still no decency to say biscuits are a wait.

I order the meal and she gets my drink orders for them then I pull up to the window. We make a little small talk as she cashes me out, then IMMEDIATELY tells me she's gonna have me pull up for fresh biscuits.

I wasn't expecting a 10 minute wait on biscuits so I just pulled up and parked directly in front of the building. I waited and waited til I got so anxious that I wouldn't make it back to work on time (I didn't). I had to walk in and talk to a guy, explain to him what was happening. He then points me over to a lady who wasn't the one who cashed me out at the drive-thru window. She asks me what's going on and I re-explain everything. I wait again for my order and walk out those doors for the last time. I've been disappointed with this Wendy's before but never this let down..

We were going to go to Chipotle's right next door at Cascade Ztation at 4:30. They hadn't change over dinner yet and the trays were mostly empty and the food at the bottom look dried out some food looked slightly burnt. so we ended up at Wendy's. We had their new mushroom cheeseburger and we both enjoyed it. we tried their new salted caramel frosty and I personally did not care for it. (Wendy you need to get your frosty machine fixed your frosties are coming out more like milkshakes). but my grandson liked it. When I dipped my fries in it it was just okay. But compared to Chipotle's it was a great meal

We stopped here for lunch with 3 of our grandboys. We got the biggie bags .those are the best.The food was hot and the place was clean.when they called. For us to pick up our food I brought my grandson to help me when he reached for the tray containing 5 biggie bag meals,The girl said to him "you better not drop that because if you do I'm not replacing it!" TOTALLY NOT CALLED FOR
as he is capable. And didn't drop it

Negative 1,000!! Tried to order in drive thru, the black young lady with blond wig had a terrible attitude on the intercom because she didnt know what was the key tag free ice cream, I asked her what the heck was her dam problem. A black young man took over the order. Didn’t want to order from them after that scene she created. And he only said peace out then. Instead of apologizing for her actions. As I left they both flipped us off. This happened 10/20/24 around 5:30pm
