So frustrated. I ordered online. Baked potatoes, fries etc on a cold night. Pulled through the drive thru and they're telling me to pull up to the window. Turns out it'll take 1 hr for the baked potatoes. 1.) It's dinner time (6:20) so have some damn baked potatoes, and if you run low, bake more--this used to be common sense. 2.) They don't have the ability to refund you AT ALL at this store. Which is why I will never be back. I got to pull away after they charged my card with Cassandra's assurances of "oh, if you call tomorrow we can refund you." Sorry, I work tomorrow and calling you at 1pm is not okay. Not a solution. 3) Wendys should not allow you to put through any order if you're out of an item. Even McDonalds has figured this out (shake machines are down but at least they're transparent about it and it won't allow you to order it).
Feels very sketchy in this day and age driving away empty handed after you have my money. Customer service (phone and email) aren't available after like 5pm PST. So not helpful.
