Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and gagged on the first bite. It wasn't Wendy's signature square burger. Took one bite and spit it out and threw the rest in the garbage. 2 days earlier, I ordered a cheese and bacon baked potato and they put 10 times the cheese anyone would want, so trying to eat it, every bite was 80% cheese. Worst baked potato ever.

The lady at the windows with blonde hair was kinda of snappy and irritated that I wanted to add two frosties. And the other employee she was talking to was ignoring her cause the lady was so rude.. maybe she was having a bad day but keep that to yourself not your customers or your employees. Wrong time.

This is our local wendys and I'm here with the tweens probably at least once a week. Their service has always been amazing for the past 10yrs until about a week and a half ago. I came through here with my son and his order was not right, my Cobb salad did not have the bacon and the girl in the drive thru was EXTREMELY rude. I went back tonight, she was just as rude and kept her back turned. Telay (sp?) is horrible at customer service and is not a good fit for this location that has the absolute best crew outside of her. Thankful that I asked for her name today, I will go to a different location if she continues to work here.

Ordered small chili got charged for large then given a small. When I asked for a refund for something I never received I was treated like the incompetent one lol I get people make mistakes. I was very polite when asking for a refund for something I didn’t pay for and should receive kindness in return however they seemed very upset about making it right .

drive-through and dine in are so slow that you wait almost 20 minutes to order or get you food. I live one minute away. I rather drive to a different Wendy’s, then go to this one.

They charged my card on the app, but when I showed up there were employees inside, but they claimed to be closed, even though it was during their normal hours of operation, and refused to give me the food that they charged me for.

Definitely don't go into the lobby. They clearly only care about their drive times. They will clear their screens or orders for drive before they attend anyone in the lobby.
