They charged my card on the app, but when I showed up there were employees inside, but they claimed to be closed, even though it was during their normal hours of operation, and refused to give me the food that they charged me for.

Definitely don't go into the lobby. They clearly only care about their drive times. They will clear their screens or orders for drive before they attend anyone in the lobby.

Ordered a Pretzel Baconator (nearly a $10 burger) got this….. very disappointing that they gave me the wrong burger. Would not go to this Wendy’s again, very disorganized staff couldn’t handle 3 cars in the drive thru and 2 customers inside. Definitely a staffing issue.

Didn't even acknowledge us standing there for over fifteen minutes Josh kicked aka manager asked me to leave cause I asked why we couldn't get any help at the front desk an when aka the manager stormed like he was going to attack me for only asking for us to get served they weren't even cool about dealing with a adult asking to get lunch
