Well we usually love Wendy's this last time my husband and I went though there was a line literally like nine people ahead of us and it went pretty quickly but they were very short staffed and we had to ask for napkins and we're told that they were out of napkins we had to ask for a straw for our drinks and we had to actually ask them twice for barbecue sauce for our burgers but they're baconators and their baconator fries were delicious aside from like I said the very long line and then being out of napkins and being short-staffed! In fact we were given back changed that was more than the order itself so we were honest and gave the money back to the guy at the window because we didn't want his still to be short and because that's the right thing to do but just an example of how the employees there were! We went pretty late at night as well it was after 10:00 p.m.

I give the food 4 stars because it was kinda old and stale when I got it. I will say that when I went back in and asked for fresher food, they immediately replaced it with perfectly hot food without any hesitation or attitude so bravo to the staff.Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty accessible, my wife is in a manual wheelchair which I pretty much always push for her and I've never had any serious problems entering or exiting the building

I just left here not even twenty mins! I ordered chicken nuggets and I guess they only have spicy so I had to choose new items & the lady didn’t was rushing me … I go toWendy’s often but it’s usually the 122nd location, I should’ve stuck to do that. Because I was like okay . Driving off all you see is a woman who looks like she’s ampt’d off energy drinks popping her neck telling me get on, like I did something to her? I don’t think that was appropriate at all. Her & the other chick that was at the window was very rude & unprofessional. I will also be reaching out to a manager.

Order a chocolate Cold Brew Frosty, was told they only had vanilla and chocolate.... ok I got a large Chocolate Frosty. they gave us a small vanilla cold brew instead. Drive through Lady was young and rude. Soda taste like water, and the fries taste old. Don't bother coming here, worst service.

The midday staff working around 12:42 were rude disrespectful and downright ignorant.... Certainly had an attitude about them. The food itself is average do not like that they do not serve breakfast food all day.

Came by to order food today. I was stuck behind two cars while on my 30 minute lunch break - they took so long that I ended up driving off so I didn't get in trouble for coming back to work late. No sense of urgency front these fast food workers but they expect $20 an hour. Would be nice if their doors were open at noon but it never is.I've had some decent experience with drive thru workers here and I've had some horrible experiences. This spot is really a hit-or-miss but most of the time it's a miss. It really depends on what time, and day you come here to order food. Most the staff members here from GAF about food quality.
This lady named Carry working at the front is a terribly rude person. I asked to use the bathroom and she goes “um it’s for our customers!!!” In the rudest tone. Just assuming I wasn’t a customer I guess lol. I then come to pick up an order and she’s insanely rude again. She’s also rude to all of the other customers. She is the reason I would never come back here
