The tasting was such a fun experience, and they worked with us on a few final tweaks before the big day. We loved the final menu â highlights included the salmon, Alabama barbecue chicken, rhubarb puffs, and steak crostinis â all fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. They also helped us stock the bar and served up amazing cocktails with top-notch service all night.

They included special touches like making us a plate of appetizers during cocktail hour, and a bringing us a full plate of dinner so we didn't have to go to the buffet. They brought a calm and collected vibe to the event which was so appreciated and a rare quality to find in catering.
And then the actual FOOD! It's a special thing to serve your guests food that is made onsite, that along with seasonal menu, quality ingredients, makes White Pepper top-tier deliciousness. Guest were raving about everything, and we were too!
